Along the way, I've explored practices that have helped me reconnect with myself, cultivate deeper awareness, and approach life with greater compassion and openness. Some of these have included meditation, intuitive development, and other healing modalities that I experienced as part of my own personal growth.
More recently, my search for truth has extended into my own health. After facing significant health challenges related to toxic mold exposure and environmental toxins, I found myself once again stepping into unfamiliar territory researching, questioning, learning, and discovering just how deeply our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being are connected. What began as a necessity became another profound chapter of healing, teaching me to trust my body, embrace a more holistic view of wellness, and recognize that healing often unfolds in ways we never expect.
For as long as I can remember, I've been searching for truth. That search has taken me down paths I never expected.
I grew up in a Christian pastor's home, eventually became a pastor myself, led worship, taught, preached, and spent years immersed in ministry. My faith shaped every part of who I was, and I genuinely loved serving others. But over time, I found myself asking questions I could no longer ignore. Instead of pushing those questions aside, I chose to follow them.
That decision led me into a season of deep exploration studying spirituality across traditions, personal transformation, consciousness, meditation, intuitive practices, energy healing, psychology, and the many ways people experience connection with something greater than themselves.
My journey hasn't been about replacing one set of answers with another. It's been about remaining curious, seeking wisdom wherever it can be found, and allowing my understanding to evolve as I continue learning.
Today, my passion is creating conversations that encourage people to think deeply, ask meaningful questions, and explore life with both discernment and curiosity.
Through my podcast, The Soul-ish Podcast, I share conversations about spirituality, consciousness, healing, personal growth, purpose, health, and the many unexpected turns that shape who we become.
I believe that enjoying life and seeking to know ourselves is one of the most sacred things we do.
If you've ever found yourself questioning what you've been taught or understand, longing for a deeper connection with yourself and others, navigating your own healing journey, or wondering if there's more to this life than you've experienced so far, I hope you enjoy the journey.
